The building process with Van Alan Homes has been remarkable. Alan and Jalyn were by our sides every step of the process in helping us build and design our DREAM home. We have heard horror stories of building a new home, so we were a bit nervous about the process, but after going through it with Van Alan homes, we can honestly say that the entire process was AMAZING! Their team was responsive, transparent and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. We now can consider Alan and Jayln are now some of our dearest friends, who we will always be thankful for making our dream turn into a reality!

Van Alan Homes built our new home in Lafayette. Although we have owned several homes over the past forty years, this was the only time that my wife and I have built a home. It was a long process, but much less stressful than we imagined. All of Van Alan's employees and most of the vendors and sub-contractors that Van Alan used were helpful, thorough, and did quality work. We are pleased that the home was completed under budget.
